Description

UG alumni cycle the streets of Hong Kong
Remember your daily bicylce rides to Zernike Campus, cycling to town or to have dinner at a friend's place at the standard Dutch dinner time 18:00? Would you like to relive these memories with other (now) UG alumni?

Come and be a part of the Cycle Tour from Sha Tin to Tai Mei Tuk, an exclusive get together organized by the Alumni Office in cooperation with our Hong Kong Alumni Board. This special event is for all UG alumni living and working in Hong Kong. During the tour you will cycle on a traffic-free bicycle path along the scenic coastline with a stunning view on one of Hong Kong's most beautiful lakes at the end of the tour.

After the exciting cycle tour, you are invited to showcase your cooking skills at an exclusive BBQ party. A great way to get to know other UG alumni and remember the good old times.

This is also an opportunity to set a new record of the highest number of UG alumni cycling on the streets of Hong Kong! Are you in? Then please sign up for this event.

Please register and pay the registration fee.
Cost cycle tour: 100,- HKD
Cost BBQ: 200,- HKD
Combi (Cycle Tour and BBQ): 300,- HKD

The registration is only completed after the HKD 100 fee (bicycle ride) or HKD 300 has been transferred to Wilko Wielinga, alumni committee chair.

Great events coming up
As many of you know, the driving force behind the Hong Kong Alumni Board are the president Wilko Wielinga, together with Charles Drapers, Christie Yan, and Vanessa Feuerabendt. Every year they reach out to a bigger group of UG alumni and organize alumni meetings that attract alumni from different graduation years.

Save the dates for the following events:
19 June 2019
25 September 2019

We will announce further details as soon as possible.

Do you know alumni who might not receive this invitation? Please share their contact details with us or personally invite them to our alumni events.

Wie vernieuwende wetenschap wil blijven bedrijven, moet investeren.
